Customer satisfaction is important to us but given the nature of our business, we do not provide 100% refunds for purchased articles for the following reasons:

  • We cannot ascertain whether customers have already copied the content after downloading it. This means that the content may still be in possession of a customer who will use it at a later date.
  • We have had experience with customers attempting to abuse our previous 50% refund policy by claiming that the content is not 100% unique after posting it on their own website.
  • We are in the business of unique digital products that are only seen by the creator (writer), editor and buyer. It would be unfair and unethical to re-sell any returned content.

However, we do provide a discount of up to 25% on future purchases if there is any legitimate dispute about the quality of the content. Customers who request a discount will have to provide verifiable proof of any compromised content that has been purchased from the website. reserves the right to refuse selling to a specific customer in the future if we deem the said customer to be unscrupulous or purposefully attempting to compromise our operation and the sustainability of our business.
